The Byron White United States Courthouse and the Tenth Circuit Clerk’s Office will be closed on November 27, 2025 and November 28, 2025 for observance of Thanksgiving. CM/ECF will remain available over the holiday weekend, however any deadlines that fall on November 27, 2025 or November 28, 2025, are extended in accordance with Fed. R. App. P. 26(a). Notice of emergency filings submitted on November 27, 2025 and November 28, 2025 must be sent to Clerk@ca10.uscourts.gov and counsel should call (303) 335-2824 to ensure prompt processing.
