Please note only oral arguments that take place at the Byron White Courthouse are live streamed; arguments that occur at law schools, other courthouses, etc. cannot be live streamed. Oral argument recordings of those arguments are posted to our website as soon as they are available.

The streams are only available on the day of the session, but the audio recordings will be posted here no later than 48 hours after the hearing.
