Effective October 28, 2022, the Tenth Circuit's pandemic-related restrictions on public access to the Byron White United States Courthouse ("Courthouse")–including access for arguing attorneys–have been updated. Please see the court's October 28, 2022 general order attached below for additional information. The court continues to live stream audio of oral arguments via YouTube. Persons who wish to file documents or submit paper copies in person may use the Clerk's Office drop box located just inside the front door of the Courthouse.
