Chief Judge Mary Beck Briscoe of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit announced today the appointment of the Honorable Gregory A. Phillips to the Court. President Obama nominated Judge Phillips on January 31, 2013. Judge Phillips' nomination was confirmed by the Senate on July 8 and recieved his commission on July 9, 2013.
