The Court's electronic filing system (ECF) will be offline starting at 6:30 p.m. (MDT) on Friday, June 9, 2023. CM/ECF will be back online by 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 10, 2023, if not sooner. Given the advance notice of this outage, electronic filers should endeavor to complete all June 9th filings prior to 6:30 p.m. MDT. This outage will, however, be considered a "technical failure" and all filings due June 9th that were not filed solely due to the scheduled outage shall be due the next business day. See 10th Cir. R. 25.7. Any delayed filings shall be accompanied by a declaration or affidavit attesting to and describing the filer’s failed attempts to file electronically.
